Sellerboard alternative

A Sellerboard alternative that starts free

VeraMargin shows your real Amazon profit: it takes every order’s fees from Amazon’s own records, costs each unit sold at the batch it came in, and finds the units Amazon counted short in your shipments. You pay only for the modules you raise.

Free plan: 1 store, 100 orders a month. No card needed.

Fewer orders? VeraMargin’s profit tracking is free up to 100 orders a month, and $5 a month for 1,500.

VeraMargin prices are the Profit tracking module with one store, from our price list. A subscription keeps the price it started at for 12 months, and paying yearly charges 10 months for 12. More stores ($2–$9 a month now) and the Research and Warehouse modules are added one by one. A Sellerboard plan and a VeraMargin module do not include the same things — check both pricing pages before you decide.

Sellerboard is a trademark of its owner. VeraMargin is not affiliated with or endorsed by it. Competitor prices are as published in October 2026.

FEES

Every fee from Amazon’s own records

Each order’s commission, FBA fee and refund come from Amazon’s financial records. Until Amazon posts them the order is marked “≈”, estimated from the SKU’s last settled sale or, for a first sale, from Amazon’s own fee estimate.

  • A refund counts on the day Amazon releases it
  • A unit that comes back sellable gets its cost back on the day it returns
  • Lost stock Amazon paid for and sellable stock it disposed of show in cost of goods

SHIPMENTS

Units Amazon counted short

When a closed FBA shipment was counted short, VeraMargin shows the missing units, their cost and the estimated claim window, and writes the case text for you to file in Seller Central.

  • The claim window and days left (estimated; Seller Central’s date wins)
  • Keep the claim’s status and case ID here
  • Amazon’s reimbursements are matched to the shipment

Cost of goods, first in, first out

Enter what each shipment cost you and every unit sold comes off the batch it arrived in, with that shipment’s freight, duty and prep on top. A cost in another currency is converted once, at its own day’s ECB rate.

A Chrome extension for sourcing

ROI and net profit per unit on Amazon product pages in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE. Each analysis uses one research credit; the free plan has 30 a month with a store connected.

Vera, an assistant that reads your numbers

Ask why profit moved or what runs out next; Vera answers from your store’s own data. A change she prepares is saved only when you confirm it. 20 questions a month on the free plan, 300 on a paid one.

Many stores, one report

Connect several stores and marketplaces and read them together, in their own currencies or converted into the one you choose.

A free plan, no card

1 store, 100 orders and 30 analyses a month, 20 warehouse products. Stores on the free plan sync every 6 hours, on a paid plan every hour.

In six languages

This site, the app and the extension are in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian.

What VeraMargin doesn’t do yet

If you rely on one of these today, know it before you switch.

  • PPC cost per product

There is no Amazon Ads connection yet. Ad spend Amazon takes from your payouts counts in the period’s net profit as one account line, not split by product, campaign or keyword. Ads paid by card can be entered as a business expense.

  • Full FBM

FBM orders count with Amazon’s fees and your product cost, but postage bought through Amazon is an account-level charge, not matched to each order, and FIFO batches, freight-and-duty spreading and the cost back on sellable returns cover FBA units only.

Moving over

  1. Connect your Amazon store: your order history comes in on the first sync, up to 18 months back.
  2. Bring your product costs from a CSV. A cost that already includes freight and customs can be marked fully loaded, and nothing is added on top.
  3. Your first store connection gets 14 days with no order limit while you set up (once per seller ID).
