Your plan is made of four modules. Each one starts free — raise only the ones you need; the total becomes a single subscription.
Everything that turns Amazon’s data into your real profit: the dashboard and profit breakdown, orders, reports, cost entry (cost history, FIFO purchase lots, landed cost), inventory (your Amazon stock), shipments with their shortage claims, alerts, business expenses and the weekly e-mail. It is metered by sale orders per calendar month in the marketplace’s time zone, all stores of your plan added up; removal orders don’t count. Free: 100 orders a month.
Product research: the Chrome extension on Amazon pages, Analyze, Search, Sellers, Saved products and the listing-restriction check. One credit is one product analysis — price, Amazon fees, BSR, dimensions and a US cost reference. The sales estimate is +1 credit, fetched only when you ask for it; the competitor list is +1 too. The same product (ASIN + marketplace) again within 24 hours is free for your whole plan. A search page, a seller lookup or an identifier (UPC/EAN) lookup costs 1 credit per call. Free: 30 analyses a month with a connected store.
Your own or 3PL warehouse: purchase lots with their unit costs, issuing units from the warehouse to your Amazon shipments — by hand or automatically for new shipments — and the warehouse import. It is metered by warehouse products (store + SKU); products synced from Amazon never count. Free: 20 warehouse products.
The Amazon stores you connect. Each store gets its own view, and “All stores” adds them up in one report. Every plan includes 1 store; a seller ID gets the free plan once, in the account it was first connected to.
Most profit tools sell one bundled plan, tiered by order count. VeraMargin prices each module separately — here’s what that changes.
| VeraMargin | Fixed-plan tools (e.g. Sellerboard*) | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | Free — 1 store, 100 orders a month | From $19/mo (Standard, 3,000 orders) |
| 3,000 orders a month | $16/mo list price | $19/mo (Sellerboard Standard) |
| Pricing model | Modular — a tier per module | Fixed tiers by monthly order count |
| Modules you don’t use | Stay on their free tier — you pay nothing | Bundled into the plan price |
| On-page ROI extension | Built in; analyses use Research credits | Usually a separate tool |
| Paying yearly | 2 months free | Varies (Sellerboard: ~%20) |

Your plan has four modules — Profit tracking, Research, Warehouse and Stores. Each one starts on its free tier and has four paid tiers; you raise only the modules you need. Your choices add up to one monthly or yearly subscription, and the smallest paid package is $5 a month.
1 store, 100 orders a month, 30 analyses a month and 20 warehouse products — every screen open, no card, your store synced every 6 hours (every hour on a paid plan). The 30 monthly analyses come with a connected Amazon store; before you connect one you get 5 analyses in total. Each Amazon seller ID gets the free plan once, in the account it was first connected to: any other account — a new one opened after deleting the first included — can connect it only on a paid plan.
When you connect your first Amazon store you get 14 days with no order limit, so you see every order’s profit while you set up. Only the order limit is lifted: Research, Warehouse and Stores stay at your plan’s limits. No card is needed, and each seller ID gets the trial once.
One credit is one product analysis: price, Amazon fees, BSR, dimensions and a US cost reference — the same on every marketplace. The sales estimate is +1 credit and is only fetched when you ask for it; the competitor list is +1 too. Opening the same product (ASIN + marketplace) again within 24 hours is free, for everyone on your plan. A search page, a seller lookup or an identifier (UPC/EAN) lookup costs 1 credit per call. Credits renew every month.
We count sale orders per calendar month, all your stores together. At %80 of your limit you get a banner and one e-mail; at %100, a banner. Above %110, that month’s profit figures lock until your plan covers it — upgrading opens them again, past months included. Syncing never stops, no data is lost and alerts keep running. Nothing locks during the trial.
VeraMargin is new, and the first subscribers, who grow the product with us, get a lower price. The schedule is published in advance: introductory prices until 31 December 2026, early prices from 1 January 2027 and list prices from 1 April 2027. A new price applies to new subscribers from its date; if you already subscribe, you keep your price until your 12-month price lock ends (next question).
When you subscribe, that day’s price is yours for 12 months: an increase in that time does not reach you, and changing your package within those 12 months is priced at the prices you subscribed at. When the 12 months are up, your subscription renews at that day’s price; if that is higher, we e-mail you 30 days before. If you cancel and come back later, the lock is gone and you subscribe at that day’s prices.
You get 12 months for the price of 10 — two months free — and your price is fixed for the whole year. The renewal is at that day’s price; if that is higher, we e-mail you 30 days before.
Yes. Rebuild it on the pricing page in the app whenever your needs change — raise a module or bring it back down. Your subscription is updated in place; within your price lock the new package is priced at your locked prices.
No. The free plan needs no card. You add one only when you pick a paid package; payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars, and your card details never reach our servers.
No. One analysis is one credit on every marketplace, the US cost reference included.
